Badgii Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Badgii, the mobile app that helps small shops and cafés in Panama, Latin America, and beyond easily track employee time. By using our app, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Definitions
Administrator: User who manages the business account and its employees.
Employee: Person registered by the administrator to log their work hours.
Application: Badgii, including all of its time-tracking features.
Use of the Application
The app lets administrators and employees record clock-ins and clock-outs, generate hours reports, and manage business settings.
Accounts and Users
Administrators create accounts for their business and employees. Employees can sign in with a PIN. Deactivating an employee can only be done by contacting Badgii.
Account Deletion
The administrator may request permanent deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
The request can be made from the app (if available) or by contacting Badgii at the email listed in the Contact section.
Once processed, data will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
Personal Data
We only collect data needed for the app to work:
- Administrators: name or alias, email, encrypted password
- Employees: first name, last name, PIN, and time records
- Business: name, schedules, time zone
- Subscription: subscription status and technical IDs from the Apple App Store or Google Play
We do not store full bank card data or sensitive financial information.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except providers needed to run the service (for example, technical infrastructure or payment platforms).
Payments and Subscription
Badgii offers monthly and annual subscription plans. The applicable price is shown clearly in the app before you confirm purchase.

- Google Play (Android devices)
When you confirm purchase, payment is charged to the user account linked to that platform.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
The renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
If these terms conflict with Apple App Store or Google Play policies, those platform terms prevail.
Ownership and License
Badgii and all its content are owned by Badgii. A limited license is granted for internal use of the application.
Limitation of Liability
Badgii is not liable for errors in hour logging or misuse of the app. Administrators are responsible for correctly managing their employees.
Termination
Badgii may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Data may be deleted at the administrator's request.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated to users through the app.
